Day 1
WELCOME
Welcome in Paris at the airport or at your hotel. Meet your driver and installation in your car for a private transfer to Bourgogne.
The ride will take you to the north of Burgundy, in the village of Chablis for a first experience of wine-growing Burgundy.
CHABLIS
The Chablisien vineyard is a unique terroir where we find a great diversity of expressions thanks to its village appellations, its premier crus and its unique Grand Cru available in 7 climates.
Chablis has a rich past of more than 150 million years when the sea covered this very special soil called the Kimmeridgian. This heritage has allowed an exceptional aromatic diversity created from a single grape variety: Chardonnay.

Day 2
Côte de Beaune
The Bourgogne wine region has all the attributes for the successful growing of Chardonnay. Here, the varietal reflects the tiny variations in the terroir on which it is planted, making the range of nuances found in Bourgogne wines unique.
The Côte de Beaune, renowned for its two great legendary grape varieties, chardonnay and pinot noir, will delight you with its great wines. Whites such as Corton-Charlemagne, Montrachet, Meursault… But also by its red wines such as Corton, Pommard, Volnay…
Chardonnay like clayey marly limestone soils from which it can develop sophisticated, elegant aromas in the future wine. The clay helps produce breadth in the mouth, characteristic of the Bourgogne region’s great white wines.
The Côte de Beaune produces Chardonnays with a intense gold color. On the nose, they are dominated by intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, with floral, creamy, and oaky notes. In the mouth, they are ample, smooth, and powerful. The Grand Crus of the Côte de Beaune offer unrivalled aromatic intensity and length on the tongue.

CÔTE DE NUITS
The Côte de Nuits is the land of the most prestigious wines in the world: 73% of the Grands Crus are located in this area. Discover Pinot Noir, this emblematic grape variety which finds exceptional fulfillment in a unique terroir.
Explore prestigious villages like Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne Romanée, Nuits-St-Georges… And discover the history of the greatest appellations: Chambertin Clos de Bèze, Clos des Lambrays, Clos de Vougeot, Échezeaux, Romanée-Conti, Musigny …
Pinot Noir offers a very varied palette of aromas which are a direct consequence of the terroir on which it is grown. That is why the name of the varietal is rarely mentioned on the label of a bottle of Bourgogne wine, which gives preference to its place of production.
On the nose, Pinot Noir offers a wide variety of aromas when young, from fresh berries like blackcurrant and cherry to spicy pepper and cinnamon, sometimes underscored with coffee or smoky notes. Over time, the fresh fruit flavors will transform into cooked notes of jam or kirsch, and the wine will develop exquisite aromas of wild mushroom or truffle, accompanied by some more animal notes like leather or fur.
